P1. Describe the recruitment documentation used in a selected organisation.In this part of my assignment I chose a job vacancy at H&M and I will answer a
couple of questions about it.
1. Chose a vacancy from H&M and explain why you’re interested in the job.
I chose the job vacancy ‘department manager’. I chose this job, because
the job gives you the opportunity to have the power over your own
department. You need to work together with all the other managers in the
store and that gives you a lot of responsibilities. I think this job is a good
start for me to get to know how everything goes in a business. And if I’m a
department manager I need to work with the all the other managers and
that also means the marketing sales manager. That also makes me learn
more how to promote my own clothing.
