, Voorwoord
Mijn naam is Maik Keijzer, 36 jaar oud, geboren en woonachtig in Arnhem. Ik woon samen
met mijn vriendin Marieke de Laat en heb uit een eerdere relatie een zoontje genaamd Wout
van 5 jaar oud.
Ik werk momenteel 10 jaar bij Reckitt Benckiser, babyvoeding producent, gevestigd in
Nijmegen. Ik ben sinds 1 jaar werkzaam als Quality Engineer, daar aan voorafgaand diverse
rollen binnen de productie omgeving gehad.
Bij het aanvaarden van mijn huidige rol, heb ik de behoefte uitgesproken een studie te willen
volgen. De reden hiervoor was dat ik mij als professional zelfverzekerder wil voelen, en niet
alleen wil leunen op mijn praktijk kennis binnen deze organisatie.
Ik schrijf deze opdracht ter afsluiting van de module Professioneel en oplossingsgericht
werken, wat mijn 3e module is van de opleiding Associate degree Bedrijfskunde .
