Hierbij presenteren wij u ons ondernemingsplan. Voor bedrijfseconomie kregen wij een
praktische opdracht waarbij we een ondernemingsplan moesten schrijven. We moesten
onderzoek doen naar de haalbaarheid van het opzetten en starten van een bakkerij in
Hulshorst. Wij hebben grondig onderzoek gedaan naar de haalbaarheid van onze
zelfbedachte onderneming. Om wij, Eline Franken en Carlijn Blotenburg, ons allebei
interesseren in ondernemen en onderzoeken hebben wij met veel motivatie aan dit
ondernemingsplan gewerkt.

Wij richten een woord van dank aan degenen die ons hebben geholpoen tijdens het maken
van het ondernemingsplan/praktische opdracht. Daarbij richten wij ons bijzonder op de
mensen die de enquête voor ons hebben ingevuld en aan meneer Dijkshoorn.
