- one sample t-test
Analyze → compare means → one-sample t-test
→ Zet variabele in variable box
→ opt. → options Cl% aanpassen → continue
→ vul test value in (waarde van H0)
→ OK
- independent sample t-test
Analyze → compare means → independent sample t-test
→ plaats variabele in test variable box
(testvar=variabele waarvan we het gemiddelde verschil willen toetsen; grouping
var=var die aangeeft welke twee var we met elkaar willen vergelijken)
→ verander Cl% bij options → continue
→ define groups bij grouping variable (welke groepen van de groepen je wil vergelijken)

➔ Ongeacht de Levene’s test, we testen verschillen in gemiddelden altijd met de
Welch test (= kijk bij ‘equal variances not assumed’)
o Levene’s toets: is t<.05? ja=significante afwijking varianties van de groepen
o F kolom en sig kolom (eerste twee)
o maar echt niet gebruiken voor interpreteren t-toets, alleen vergelijken
varianties

➔ ‘t’ is de toets-statistiek
- Het invoeren van data (uit een tabel) in SPSS (5.2h)
Ga naar Variable View→ type verticaal de naam van de variabele (laat op numeriek staan)
→ pas mocht het nodig zijn het aantal decimalen aan
→ voer bij Data View de getallen in uit de tabel
→ sla de dataset op op de door jou gewenste plek
- Paired samples t-test (5.2i)
Analyze→compare means → paired samples t-test
→ after = var1, before=var2 en plaats in variable box (voor wordt dan van na afgetrokken) →
opt. Cl% aanpassen → continue
→ OK → interpreteer output (2-zijdige p-waarde wordt gegeven, dus als je eenzijdig toetst:
deel door 2)
