Voor u ligt het beroepsproduct van de module VVPK07 verdiep je in de cliënt met
een palliatieve ondersteuningsbehoefte, ten behoeve van de opleiding hbo
verpleegkunde aan de Hogeschool Saxion te Deventer.
Momenteel ben ik werkzaam in de wijkverpleging bij X als verpleegkundige. Ik ben
22 jaar oud en woon in X. Meteen na de mbo verpleegkunde opleiding ben ik de hbo-
v gaan doen waar ik nu een jaar mee bezig ben, hierbij is gekozen om de duale
opleiding te gaan doen omdat het best leer in de praktijk.
In het beroepsproduct wordt verdieping gezocht bij een cliënt met een palliatieve
ondersteuningsbehoefte. Meneer Jansen staat centraal in dit beroepsproduct, dit is
een fictief verzonnen naam, meneer is akkoord met het delen van de gegevens.
Tevens wil ik graag de docent van Saxion parttime school X bedanken voor alle
informatieve lessen, mijn collega´s van X voor de gesprekken.
