1. Inleiding
1.1. Coronair lijden
De meest voorkomende aandoeningen zijn coronaire hartziekten
- Coronaire hartziekten = Aandoeningen aan de bloedvaten
die het hart zelf van bloed voorzien (dit is vaak een
ischemie)
Een voorbeeld van een ischemische hartaandoening is artherosclerose
- Artherosclerose = het dichtslibben van de bloedvaten (=aderverkalking) t.g.v. ophoping van
cholesterol en dode witte BC.
De patiënt heeft voornamelijk klachten tijdens inspanning, doordat het hart dan sneller moet pompen
en in zuurstofnood komt.
1.1.1. Risicofactoren
Er is een combinatie aan factoren die worden geassocieerd met een verhoogd risico op
cardiovasculaire aandoeningen
