Voor u ligt het internationaal management rapport. In dit rapport wordt er onderzoek gedaan naar
de mate waarin Tony’s Chocolonely gereed is voor internationalisering. Dit rapport dient als
bewijslevering voor de opleiding Business Studies ter ondersteuning van het vak OE36 Internationaal
Management.
Om dit onderzoek uit te voeren hebben wij literatuuronderzoek gedaan naar de organisatie Tony’s
Chocolonely. Hierbij hebben wij verschillende aspecten bekeken om een conclusie te kunnen trekken
over de mogelijkheid tot internationaliseren.
