1. Explain how globalization of markets affects the importance of innovation?
Answer: The term globalization is defined as the exploration of the business or the import/export of the
goods and services throughout the world in various methods such as the finance, trade and
communications. We can see how the various types of goods and the other items such as the electronic
items are available all around the world and this is done with the help of importing/exporting or
trading/exchanging of the items from one place to the other or from one country to another country.
One of the finest example that can be considered for the globalization of the electronic items is the
country “CHINA”. We can observe how this (China) country has influenced other countries by their
products or the electronic items that are essential for most of the people around the world, and people uses
these gadgets for many purposes such as Cell phone as their personal use, Laptops and computer for their
personal uses or in some cases the laptops and the computers are used in their offices for their work. Apart
from Laptops, computers, or the mobile phones, they also export various electronic gadgets which can be
used for entertainment for the kids, whatever the new product is launched, china will make a note of it
and develop the same stuff at the cheaper price. This is one of the reason why the goods and services are
provided or exported to the other countries because the products which are invented by them will be at
low in cost while compared to the other companies or the other countries.
Eventually it might be important for the people to make the most of the technology in one way or the
other, but if the same services or the products are available for the lesser price, then most people will
prefer to save their budget. For instance if a Cell phone is developed by some country for $150 with
advanced features and great looks, and if the same cell phone if developed by the country ‘China”, then
the price will be around $110 to $120 max, so hence the people needs to make most of the technology but
at the same time they want to save some money if they could.
2. What are some of the things that influence organizational creativity?
, Answer: Creativity is being influenced by the competition that is being generated in the market,
like if some developer is developing something then the other user will try to develop the same
thing with same small changes to that such that the advanced features, cost efficiency, marketing,
and many other modifications can be seen in the products. Time factor is the main important
thing when it comes to the competitive market such as the users has to produce the particular
products or the application with in less time that the previous user has taken to develop the
application or any product. Inside of an association, people, gatherings, divisions, or capacities,
might all hold altogether different points of view of time and the suggestions time skylines hold
for the need of learning. In this way, it is imperative that the top administration of the association
plainly decide the time introduction for the association all in all, such that choice making and
learning occur in a way reliable with the association wide time introduction and point of view.
Expanding worldwide rivalry, combined with quickly changing innovation and the shortening of
the item life cycle has made partnerships more helpless against disappointment than whenever
previously. Consequently, it has happened to the most extreme significance of associations to
address issues inventively. Post-modern associations today are learning based associations and
their prosperity and survival rely on upon innovative, advancement, disclosure and imagination.
A powerful response to these requests leads not just to changes in people and their conduct
additionally to creative changes in associations to guarantee their presence (R). It gives the idea
that the rate of progress is quickening quickly as new information, thought era and worldwide
dispersion increment. Inventiveness and development have a part to play in this change process
for survival.
