● Dan "maal" hulle dit fyn tot "pulp" (papierpulp)
● saag en maal - assonansie - beklemtoon baie prosesse wat die bome
ondergaan en die aftakeling van die natuur.
● Dan "plet" hulle dit of maak dit plat (van hierdie bome word papier gemaak)
● Bome word afgekap - pynlike proses om tot papier gemaak te word
● “pulp en plet” = geen rym nie, maar wel alliterasie
● R6-7 = polisindeton - dit wat met die bome gebeur, word beklemtoon
