I've had hypertension and diabetes for some time now,
but recently I've had some new stuff going on, or I guess it could be related. I've gained some weight over the past three months or so, and I've just been all around tired and uncomfortable. I haven't ever been hospitalized in that sense of the word. But I have seen a doctor before, about my hypertension and diabetes numbers, and I'm here to check in about them.

I take all my meds every day . . . the metformin is three times a day, and the water one and the anxiety one are both once a day.
