Trappen= een verticaal element dat ons in staat stelt om ons te voet te verplaatsen van de ene
verdieping naar de andere, belangrijk: op een veilige en comfortabele manier.
1) Terminologie
trede
stootbord/tegentrede
= verbinding tussen verschillende treden bij gesloten
trap, soms afgewerkt met Wellat.
Trapboom/wangen
= hellende delen van de trappen, die trede dragen
Wel/neus
= deel vd trede dat over stootbord heenloopt
bloktrede/eerste trede
Onderste trede is vaak groter

= laatste trede van trap of van traparm, waarvan
redevlak op dezelfde hoogte ligt als vloer of het
bordes
(Trap)leuning/balustrade
= biedt steun bij belopen vd trap + beveiliging tegen
