, Feedback surveys are one of the most effective ways to measure a company’s successes, areas for
improvement, and getting critical feedback from your revenue sources (Taylor, 2019). Surveys help you
understand the unmet needs of your sources of income and also helps you gather information about
new ideas or ways of improvement. I would improve the survey itself or any Chamberlain University
Online course by focusing more on the Professor, the assignments that were given, and how we handled
the assignments given within the time frame they were expected to be do rather than the class size, the
rating of the professor, and if my level of computer skills were adequate for success in my courses. If I
had the opportunity to add questions to the survey, a few might be, if you were given one thing you
could change in the class, what would it be, did you have supportive classmates, or even how much time
did you spend every day on homework. If I had the choice to delete some questions one would be about
the class size. It’s an online class, which to me, feels redundant. Whether we had 20 individuals in this
class or 40 it wouldn’t affect me as far as getting my assignments completed. Two questions I would
change would be in regard to the instructor’s rating and if my level of computer skills were adequate for
success in the course. I think we should be providing feedback about the instructor and not rating them.
You rate food not how you feel the instructor did. It also does not seem entirely fair to base something
off of a rating and if you do, the student should specify why they are rating the instructor the rate they
chose. The question asking how much I agree or disagree that my level of computer skills was adequate
for success in this course struck me. Shouldn’t the school establish that before signing individuals up to
online classes, or at least provide an intro class to online courses? Aside from the questions I reviewed
above, I think the rest of the questions on the survey are fine to stay the same. It was a nice survey.
