Voor u ligt het rapport voor onderwijseenheid OE43; Literatuurstudie. Voor dit rapport
moest ik een onderwerp kiezen die te maken heeft met mijn gekozen afstudeerrichting. De
afstudeerrichting die ik ga volgen is Marketing. Het onderwerp wat ik voor deze
literatuurstudie heb gekozen is: Klantloyaliteit.

Het schrijven van deze literatuurstudie was erg leerzaam en interessant. Hierbij wil ik
meneer Pijpelink bedanken voor de duidelijke uitleg van deze opdracht en de leerzame
lessen. Daarnaast wil ik meneer Maks bedanken voor de tussentijdse feedback en het
nakijken van deze literatuurstudie.
