Voor u ligt de schriftelijke opdracht businessplan 1 gecreëerd door Splinter van der Horst. Deze
opdracht is geschreven als onderdeel van de bacheloropleiding international Business & Asian
markets aan EuroCollege hogeschool in Utrecht.
In deze opdracht gaat u lezen over het businessplan van Easian food dat voortgebracht is uit een
ontwikkeling opdracht aan de studie van de student.
Ik wil graag iedereen bedanken die mij heeft geholpen met het samenstellen van deze opdracht.

, Management samenvatting
De aanleiding van dit businessplan is geweest dat ik een eigen bedrijf wilde opstarten. Ik heb
altijd al interesse gehad in Azië dus ik wilde dat mijn bedrijf ook te maken had hiermee. Ik
heb stapsgewijs een businessplan opgesteld om het bedrijf te realiseren. Zo heb ik eerst een
business idee bedacht. Vervolgens naar de potentiële klant en markt gekeken, en deze
onderzocht. Ook heb ik een schatting gedaan van de financiële benodigdheden die ik zal
moeten hebben om het plan uit te werken.
