Scenario or You have been asked to select and investigate a large business that trades in the
Context European Union (EU) and use this research to write a report that evaluates the
effects of the environment on that business.
Task 2.1:
Discuss the internal, external and competitive environment on a given
organisation You will need to look at the environment in which your business
operates and gather information to enable you to consider the following points: the
different aspects of the topic; how they interrelate; You should also assess the

market. You should also evaluate how market changes have impacted the business
(from smallest to greatest) and how it may react to future changes in the market.
