Inleiding
In dit verslag laat ik zien, hoe ik een begeleidingsplan heb geschreven aan de hand van de
methodische cyclus (Spierts et al., 2017). Ik laat zien hoe ik de fasen van de methodische
cyclus kan toepassen in de situatie van mijn cliënt, waarbij er sprake is van complexe
problematiek. Ik laat zien dat ik kennis heb van beroeps methodieken en dat ik op basis van
deze methodieken tot een begeleidingsplan ben gekomen. Op basis van het
begeleidingsplan heb ik een passende en verantwoorde interventie uitgevoerd.
