In Charlie's search for her mother, she meets many strangers. When you know that, the title
makes sense.
I liked the book, but it was kind of a tuff book with a complicated story. It's a little hard to
understand because you read it from 2 perspectives.
I think Charlie's uncle is irritating, he tries to win her love and with that, she betrayed her
father because he said that she isn't allowed to talk to her uncle. I admire Charlie's mom and
Charlie herself because they are so brave.
The mystery of my mom.
Her mom is missing and everybody thinks she is dead. Charlie goes searching for her.
This novel is about Charlie and her search for her mother. Everybody says she is dead,
however Charlie doesn't believe that. She goes to several places where she thinks her mom
could be, or where she could find a clue. Through the journey, you see flashbacks out of the
moms' view. These flashbacks let you know a little more about the mother and where she
might be. Probably the mother is drowned by someone, you can read that at almost the end
of the book. That piece is written out of her perspective.
