Billirubine Normale Cyclus + Icterus.Erytrocyt -> Hemoglobine = ijzer. O2 bind aan ijzer (hemoglobine).
Cyclus Erytrocyt:
Ontstaat in het beenmerg in de pijp + platte beenderen. Leeft 120 dagen.
Milt:
Intraperitoniaal (Binnen de buikwand)
Breekt oude erytrocyten af. -> ijzer komt vrij + deels opgeslagen in de milt en lever.
Afbraak product van erytrocyt -> Billirubine = gifstof.
Milt -> miltader -> venaporta O2↓ -> lever.
Lever:
Billirubine wordt in de lever gekoppeld aan glucuronzuur -> ontgift. -> koppelt aan Gal.
Lever -> Galblaas -> Papil van vater -> Duodenum -> Dunnedarm.
Dunnedarm:
Zet om naar urobilinogeen. Kleurstof -> Stercobiline (wordt verwerkt in ontlasting)
Urobilinogeen -> Poortader -> Lever -> Gal -> Papil van vater -> Duodenum. (Cyclus)
Stercobiline wordt uitgescheden via ontlasting.
Nieren:
1% Urobilinogeen gaat via de lever de grote bloedsomloop in (wordt eerst nog ijzer uit gefilterd)-> (is
ontgift) -> wordt uitgescheden via urine (Urobiline).
