Eerst nog klein stuk theorieMaar 7 dia’s belangrijk (1.10 kadastrale percelen)
Achter appartementengebouw vaak rij garage’s. Deze garage’s staan op 1 perceel, ookal hebben ze
meestal verschillende eigenaars.
Planperceel en patrimoniaal perceel (verschil)
Planperceel is perceel dat op kadastraal percelenplan zichtbaar is. In principe gaat planperceel nooit
op grens van 2 gemeentes liggen (2 verschillende gemeentes = 2 verschillende opcentiemen bij OV)
Patrimoniaal perceel
Vindt je niet op percelenplan terug.
Kadastraal volume
Ook precad voor nodig om percelen nummers te geven.
Kadaster gebruikt dit meestal voor het opstalrecht.
Vb: iemand wordt dan eigenaar van het deelvolume van dat dak.
