Voor u ligt het afstudeerrapport dat geschreven is ter afronding van de opleiding Business IT
& Management aan de Hogeschool van Amsterdam. Het onderzoek voor deze scriptie is
uitgevoerd bij Capgemini te Utrecht op de afdeling Quality Engineering and Testing.
Dit afstudeerrapport is geschreven en tot stand gekomen met behulp van de input van de
Capgemini Test Consultants en verschillende onderzoeksmethoden.
Tijdens het onderzoek en mijn stageperiode bij Capgemini heb ik veel mogen leren van de
medewerkers en mijn stagebegeleiders en ben ik veel te weten gekomen over de afdeling,
het testproces en de tools die het proces ondersteunen. Dit heeft geresulteerd in een
interessant onderzoek.
Graag wil Capgemini bedanken voor de kans om er mijn afstudeerstage te lopen. Ik wil
vooral A en B bedanken voor de goede begeleidingen bij het bijdragen aan een leuke en
interessante stage.
