Klinkers zijn bijna nooit een spraakstoornis, meestal is dit
een regionale invloed (bv /a/ → antwerpen /aa/)
− Afwijkingen in vocalen vaak te wijten aan regionale
invloeden
− Binnen diagnostiek grotere impact van consonanten
dan van vocalen
