= gaat mee bepalen hoe communicatie eruit ziet (moeilijk / makkelijk)

o = beslist mee hoe makkelijk / moeilijk de communicatie is bv gebaren kunnen dubbele betekenis
hebben bv de meisje – vrouwelijk, het meisje – onzijdig → ze spreken ‘slang’, maar kunnen juist
aanduiden wat het is
