Se le considera una doctrina filosófica que toma a la razón como la esencia misma del
hombre.

El racionalismo desde el punto de vista epistemológico considera que la única fuente de
conocimiento son las ideas son innatas.
3. Menciona brevemente las características generales del racionalismo.
Bueno sus características generales son :
❃La afirmación de una existencia nos da a conocer una única razón, por lo que la razón y el
razonar son “correctamente universales” y es accesible a todo publico.
❃Lo segundo es tener confianza en las capacidades cognitivas de la razón, la cual tiene la
capacidad de conocer todo cuanto igualmente conoce que puede ser absoluto de la realidad.

❃Meditaciones metafísicas (1641)
❃Principios de Filosofía (1644)
❃Le Monde, ou Traité de la lumière (1629 a 1633)
