,Mijn naam is Ferhat Sarisoy, ik ben 22 jaar oud en student aan de
Hogeschool Inholland. Ik volg de studie Finance and control / Accountancy.
Dit portfolio is voor het vak PCM wat staat voor Performance Competence
Management, wat betekend: hoe kan ik mij beter ontwikkelen als student?
In dit portfolio verslag reflecteer ik terug op de doelen die ik in PCM
periode 4 voor mezelf heb gesteld. Verder stel ik nieuwe doelen op voor
het tweede leerjaar en leg ik uit hoe ik dit ga oppakken.

,Inleiding
In dit dossier kijk ik terug naar mijn doelen die ik voor mij zelf had gesteld
in PCM 4 en doe ik een vooruitblik op het tweede leerjaar.
Het eerste leerjaar begon niet met de juiste aftrap voor mij. Ik liep steeds
meer achter op de tentamens en projecten. In de tweede periode van het
eerste leerjaar heb ik dit goed op kunnen pakken en heb ik zoveel mogelijk
achterstand weggewerkt. Door de achterstand loop ik wel wat
studiepunten mis, maar met de juiste discipline ben ik in staat om alle
achterstand in te halen. De doelen die ik voor jaar 1 had gesteld zijn:
Engels verbeteren, beter in presenteren, beter plannen en besluiten
nemen. Ik denk dat ik deze doelen wel behaald heb en de juiste stap in de
goede richting heb gezet. Natuurlijk ben ik er nog niet, maar door het te
oefenen wordt ik er wel beter in.
Het tweede leerjaar is voor mij goed begonnen. Door het juist plannen kon
ik een goed overzicht houden voor me zelf. Dat is vooral nu, in de huidige
corona tijd wel nodig, want alles gaat heel snel doordat we geen fysieke
lessen meer hebben. Ik vind het nu belangrijk om te plannen voor me zelf,
omdat ik het allemaal graag geordend wil hebben en een goed overzicht
voor me zelf wil houden. Hiervoor maak ik dan ook goed gebruik van mijn
agenda.

, Hoofdstuk 1: Inleiding op opdracht thema 5
Mijn studieplan voor dit jaar bestaat onder andere uit het actief mee doen
met de lessen zodat ik niet voor onverwachte lesstof kom te staan tijdens
het leren voor tentamens. Verder wil ik concreet beschrijven hoe ik mijn
niet behaalde tentamens uit leerjaar 1 ga halen. Ik beschrijf per vak wat ik
er nog aan moet doen en hoeveel punten ik nog moet halen.
Inmiddels heb ik hertentamen Business English 1 behaald en ga ik morgen
Business English 2 maken. Hier heb ik wel een goed gevoel over. Verder
wacht ik mijn cijfer af van Excel. Als ik dit behaald heb hoef ik alleen nog
organisatiekunde en Business English 3 te herkansen voor mijn
propedeuse.
