, Inleiding
Voor mijn opleiding hbo-verpleegkundige aan de Hogeschool Leiden moet er een opdracht gemaakt
worden op de stageplaats over kwaliteit van zorg aan de cliënten in de wijkzorg. Deze opdracht gaat
over de oriëntaties over kwaliteitszorg in de directe zorgverlening en in de instelling, welke
meetinstrument er gebruikt is tijdens deze oriëntatie. Nadat dit gebeurd is wordt er een advies
geschreven over de kwaliteitszorg in de direct zorgverlening. Het advies wordt verder uitgewerkt aan
de hand van de PDCA-cyclus.
