Entwijzen:

2) Streepenting
3) Gefractioneerde enting: 4 kwadranten
o Doel? Het inoculum verdunnen om enkelvoudige kolonies te bekomen
o Na enten v/e kwadrant entnaal afvlammen !!! (+ laten afkoelen)
Incuberen:
- Gebeurt omgekeerd (voedingsbodem aan bovenkant)
Condens komt onderaan op deksel en druppelt dus niet op de voedingsbodem
- Meestal 24u op 37°C (bewaren in frigo op 4°C)
