1 EVALUACION Y MANEJO INICIAL




FASE PREHOSPITALARIA
Acciones coordinadas con los médicos que se encuentran en el hospital que recibirá al
paciente, de esa manera el hospital receptor se prepara con los recursos posibles a
utilizarse
Vía Aérea
Control de Hemorragias y Shock
Inmovilización Adecuada
Traslado al sitio más cercano y apropiado

FASE HOSPITALARIA
Es fundamental planificar con anticipación los requerimientos básicos del paciente
Soluciones iv tibias, equipo de monitoreo, laboratorios, rayos x
Todo el personal que entra en contacto con el paciente debe utilizar equipo de
bioseguridad.

TRIAGE
Método de selección y clasificación de pacientes basado en sus necesidades
terapéuticas y los recursos disponibles para su atención.
Tratamiento en base a tres prioridades A): vía aérea y control de columna cervical
B) Breathing C) Circulación con control de hemorragias.

INCIDENTES CON MULTIPLES VICTIMAS: Cuando el número de pacientes y la gravedad
de sus lesiones no exceden a la capacidad del centro, aquellos con lesiones
multisistemicas serán atendidos primero.

EVENTOS MASIVOS DE VICTIMAS: El número de pacientes exceden a la capacidad del
hospital los pacientes con mayor probabilidad de sobrevivir se atienden primero.
