1.1 Clavicula, sleutelbeen (p. 112-113)
Oriëntatie niet kennen
Beschrijving:
- De extremitas sternalis (1) = meeste massieve deel van het been → vertoont facies
articularis sternalis.(3) Errond zijn ruwheden voor ligamenten.
- Lateraal is er de extremitas acromialis.(2) Bovenvlak is plat, onderzijde ruw. Tussen
onderzijde en laterale rand is er facies artcularis acromialis. (4)
- Aan onderzijde van het bot, in het midden bevindt zich sulcus m sublclavii.
o Lateraal ervan: tuberculum cornoideum en linea trapezoidea (7)
o Mediaal: impressio ligamentum costoclavicularis (5)
- Bovenzijde is vlak en onder de huid gelegen. Aan ondrezijde in midden → sulcus m
subclavii
- Voorrand is ruw door spierinserties (mediaal m. pectoralis, lateraal m. deltoideus)
- Achterrand ook ruw in lateraal deel door insertie van m. trapezius

Oriëntatie:
- Driehoekig, plat been met 2 opvallende uitsteeksels
- 2 zijden 3 hoeken en 3 randen
Beschrijving:
Op facies dorsalis ligt spina scapulae → beenderige kam die bovenste 3/4e van de mediale
rand zich uitstrekt naar de laterale hoek en doorloopt als het acromion. Verdeeld de
achterzijde van scapula in fossa supraspinata (8) en infraspinata (9).

, - Acromion (10) is een brede horizontale beenplaat. Mediaal en voor is facies
articularis acromii (11) waartegen de clavicula ligt.
De grote kam met vooruitspringende processus ligt op de
dorsaal. De duidelijke processus nabij articulaire hoek zit vast
op de bovenrand.
→ processus coracoideus (17) (of ravensbekbeente) bevindt
zich nog meer lateraal en springt naar voor uit (kan je voelen)
- Margo superior (3)
- Margo medialis (1): verticaal opstaande mediale rand
- Margo lateralis (2): naar lateraal en onder gericht, naar axilla →
- Angulus superior (4): gevormd door samenkomen van mango medialis
en superior
- Angulus inferio (5)r: door de margo lateralis en medialis
- Angulus lateralis (6): door margo superior en lateralis. Bevat het collum scapulae en
de cavitas glenoidalis
Facies costalis is de concave naar voor en mediaal gerichte zijde. De
margo superior (13) is de bovenrand. In het lateraal deel ligt de incisura
scapulae (foto rechts 18) die overbrugd wordt door ligamentum
transversum scapulae.
Cavitas glenoidalis (13, gewrichtskom, links ): ovaal en licht concaaf. Onder en
boven liggen tubercula supraglenoidalis (14) en infraglenoidalis (15) →
aanhechtingspunten voor
de spieren.

Oriëntatie:
Proximaal ligt de bolvormige epiphyse
Mediaal ligt de gewrichtsoppervlakte van deze epiphyse
Dorsaal is er een grote driehoekige put in de distale epiphyse
Beschrijving:
- proximale epyphise (23): het caput humeri (1) is naar proximal, medial en dorsal
gewend.
- Collum anatomicum (2) ligt rond het articulaire deel → begrenst het
gewirchtsoppervlak (caput humeri)
- Tuberculum majus (3) is naar lateraal gericht en draagt 3 facetten, in verband met
insertiepezen (proximaal, dorsaal en 1 tussen beide gelegen)
- Tuberculum minus (4) ligt zuiver ventraal en draagt 1 facet
→ beide zijn naar onder verlengd door een ruwe crista tuberculi.
- Sulcus intertubercularis wordt gevormd door crista tuberculi minoris (6) en majoris

- Collum chriurgicum (8) is de vernauwing van de humerus distaal van de tubercula. →
hier treden de meeste fracturen op
