are apathetic with this style. No clear decision may be produced. More structure for followers is needed as the leader does not
give it to them it.
o Very good for situations involving fully independent care providers and professionals.

perceptions and providing a sense of direction. use of charisma, consideration and stimulation to increase satisfaction and
participation of followers. Empowers others.

- Focuses on interactions between task behavior, relationship behavior, and performance readiness of followers.
