Laatst kreeg ik op mijn werk in het restaurant een klacht van een gast over het eten. De gast was
kwaad omdat ze dacht risotto te krijgen maar het was basmati rijst. Dit stond duidelijk verkeerd op
de kaart vermeld en ik bracht haar bord terug naar de keuken en heb de klacht aan de chef verteld.
We hebben toen besloten dat de vrouw een nieuw gerecht mocht kiezen en toen heeft de chef een
nieuw gerecht gemaakt en die bracht ik terug naar de mevrouw. De mevrouw was erg dankbaar en
blij met haar nieuwe gerecht. In overleg met de chef en de eigenaar hebben we de menukaart
aangepast en voorkomen we dat er in de toekomst geen problemen meer over zijn .
