Mijn naam is Mayke Stoverinck, 22 jaar oud en vierdejaars student HBO-verpleegkundige aan het
Saxion te Enschede. Voor dit half jaar volg ik de minor palliatieve zorg te Deventer. Deze toets is in
opdracht van school. Voor uitvoering van deze toets is er gekeken naar een casus binnen de
palliatieve zorg. Deze casus is uitgewerkt aan de hand van besluitvorming in de palliatieve fase,
waarbij gebruik is gemaakt van signalering in de palliatieve fase.
In dit verslag zijn de volgende competenties aan de orde gekomen en verwerkt:
Zorgverlener, communicator, samenwerker, onderzoeker, gezondheidsbevorderaar, organisator en
professional.
Bij deze wil ik graag de zorgvrager en familie van de zorgvrager bedanken voor de waardevolle
gesprekken. In verband met de privacy is de naam van de zorgvrager veranderd. Ook is de naam van
de organisatie waar deze casus vandaan komt privé gehouden. Tot slot wil ik Ingrid van Zuilekom
bedanken voor de fijne begeleiding.
