Inleiding
Op 7 september ben ik begonnen met werken bij de organisatie JP van den Bent, de locatie waar ik
werk heet Atalanta. Hier ben ik werkzaam als persoonlijk begeleider. Ik vind het belangrijk om een
goed beeld te hebben van de organisatie waar ik werk. Om deze reden ben ik dan ook informatie
gaan zoeken over JP van den Bent om zo een beter idee te krijgen van hoe deze organisatie te werk
gaat en wat de missie en visie hierachter is. Om goede informatie hierover te krijgen van ik in gesprek
met verschillende personen binnen de organisatie. Ook ga ik verschillende internet bronnen, zoals
hun website, raadplegen.
In het eerste hoofdstuk valt te lezen over de werkwijze van de organisatie en wat hun missie en visie
is. Vervolgens wordt de doelgroep uitgebreid omschreven, ik zal onder andere vertellen over het
sociaal functioneren van deze doelgroep. Ook worden de wettelijke kaders en andere context
besproken. Een van de dingen die hierin wordt besproken is bijvoorbeeld het aanmeldingstraject. Tot
slot zal ik mijn werkwijze toelichten, waarin ook valt te lezen hoe ik mijn observatietechnieken heb
ingezet.
