, Inleiding
In het kader van het blok geschillen in de onderneming, wat gegeven
wordt aan de rechten faculteit van Maastricht, is dit document tot stand
gekomen. In dit document zijn de stukken terug te vinden met betrekking
tot de mootcourt die op 7 juni jongstleden heeft plaatsgevonden. Tijdens
de mootcourt vertegenwoordigde onze groep, bestaande uit Nisrin Kunst,
Xu Huon Ma, Gerard Ehrismann en Jolanda Hooft van Huysduynen, de
overnemende partij, Chista.
Hoofdstuk 1 omschrijft de perceptie van de casus, hierin wordt de
juridische analyse van de casus weergegeven. In hoofdstuk 2 wordt het
standpunt van onze groep als Chista weergegeven. Hoofdstuk 3 omschrijft
de te verwachten tegenargumenten en mogelijke acties die Chista kan
nemen. Hoofdstuk 4 geeft weer hoe de mootcourt is verlopen en welke
acties Chista tijdens de mootcourt heeft ondernomen. Tot slot zullen in
hoofdstuk 5 de conclusies worden gepresenteerd.
