Voor u ligt mijn coachverslag gericht op het verbeteren van leefstijl bij een coachee met
overgewicht. Tijdens de minor voedings- en beweegcoach aan hogeschool Arnhem en
Nijmegen is het plan geschreven. In dit verslag wordt het gehele proces beschreven en laat
ik zien hoe ik mij tijdens deze minor heb ontwikkeld op gebied van leefstijl coaching.
Het proces en het schrijven van dit plan heb ik als leerzaam ervaren. Het was een mooie
periode waarin ik zelfstandig een coachee heb mogen begeleiden. Hierbij heb ik niet alleen
doelen weten te behalen van mijn coachee, maar ook mijn eigen opgestelde doelen.
Hiervoor wil ik mijn coachee bedanken, dankzij haar medewerking heb ik een mooi verslag
kunnen schrijven en heb mij kunnen ontwikkelen tot leefstijlcoach. Tevens wil ik mijn
docenten en medestudenten bedanken voor de begeleiding en hun ondersteuning tijdens dit
proces.
