Voor u ligt de wijkanalyse over de wijk Galecop. Door middel van twee voorbereidende opdrachten
en vier gezamenlijke stappen nemen wij u graag mee door wijk Galecop.
De wijk Galecop zal aan de hand van vier stappen beschreven worden. Dit wordt in onderstaand
verslag uitgewerkt. Er wordt onder andere dieper ingegaan op de sociale kaart van de wijk, de
inwoners, gezondheidsproblemen en het zorgaanbod.
Stap vijf, het advies aan de wethouder, zal door ieder individueel geschreven worden. In deze stap
schrijven wij een advies op basis van onze gekozen wijkdiagnoses, onderbouwd met interventies om
de gezondheid en het welzijn binnen de wijk te verbeteren.
