Samenvatting
In dit rapport is het bedrijf Ordina geanalyseerd. Het rapport is opgedeeld in vijf hoofdstukken.

In het eerste hoofdstuk wordt gekeken naar het profiel van het bedrijf, wat voor soort bedrijf is het,
wat doen zij en waar opereren zij. In het tweede hoofdstuk zijn er veelal cijfers te zien dit komt
omdat hierin de punten zoals solvabiliteit, rentabiliteit en voorraaddagen worden behandeld. In het
derde hoofdstuk is er een forecast gemaakt voor Ordina van de boekjaren 2018 en 2019, per
paragraaf in is er beschreven hoe wij aan de voorspellingen zijn gekomen. In hoofdstuk vier is er een
SWOT-analyse gemaakt voor Ordina. Eromheen worden eerst de huidige strategie, de externe issues,
worden de sterke en zwakke punten beschreven en weergegeven in een confrontatiematrix,
vervolgens worden de kansen en bedreigingen geïdentificeerd, wat de mogelijke opties zijn om door
te groeien als Ordina en op welke zwaktes en sterktes zij beter kunnen inspelen. Tot slot wordt er
aan het eind een advies gegeven over beleggen in aandelen van Ordina op de korte en lange termijn
en een schatting gedaan of het bedrijf dit jaar winst of verlies zal maken. Verder bevindt zich in de
bijlage zich het document met de forecasting.
