Voor u ligt de uitwerking van de module OHBOV12 – Verpleegkundige zorg aan zorgvragers in
de palliatieve fase. Het verslag bevat een analyse gemaakt over het verpleegkundig proces-, hoe
de twee domeinen mantelzorg en cultuur van landelijke kwaliteitskader palliatieve zorg binnen
een klinische afdeling van Transfore zijn vormgegeven en hoe dit kan worden verbeterd.
Het schrijven van dit heb ik als leerzaam ervaren. Door met mede-studiegenoten en diverse
disciplines te sparren en samen te werken ben ik tot het gewenste resultaat gekomen. Via deze
weg wil ik hen daarvoor bedanken.
