circumference, weight, height and skin fold measurements.
b) Clinical = Physical exam of the appearance including eyes, skin,
tongue, teeth. Blood pressure and physical mobility, as well.
c) You can use a growth chart to track growth and measure length (height)
and weight to compare the child against the standard. BMI can also be
used as a tool for children and adolescents.
