Dit verslag is geschreven voor de module OHBOV09: Verpleegkundige zorg aan volwassenen in acute
zorgsituaties. In dit verslag wordt het klinisch redeneren rondom mw. Verkerk (74) (fictieve casus,
geraadpleegd via de Blackboard course van OHBOV09) volgens de zes stappen van Bakker & Van Heycop
ten Ham (2016) beschreven. Er is een mindmap en een zorgplan ontwikkeld van mw. Verkerk. In de eerste
twee hoofdstukken zijn eerst de mindmap en vervolgens het zorgplan opgenomen. In het derde
hoofdstuk zijn de keuzes in de mindmap en het zorgplan toegelicht. In het zorgplan staat met rood
aangegeven met welke stap van Bakker & Van Heycop ten Ham (2016) het onderdeel van het zorgplan
overeenkomt.
