,Inleiding
Middels een fictieve casus betreffend Cynthia Jansen heb ik de problematiek geanalyseerd met
behulp van theoretische concepten en invalshoeken. Aan de hand van SRH (Systematisch
Rehabilitatiegericht Handelen) methodiek zijn doelen geformuleerd en uitgewerkt door middel van
een persoonlijk profiel en plan. In dit verslag wordt de interventie psycho- educatie en de mogelijke
samenwerking met een andere hulpverleningsinstantie beschreven. Aan de hand van een moreel
beraad is tot slot een ethisch dilemma uitgewerkt.
