The title of a report:
A concise phrase presenting the main variables under study, followed by
an explanatory statement.The title is followed by the authors’ names and
affiliations followed by the abstract
Abstract:
A summary of the essential information presented in the report with key
words which defining the study.
Short / Impersonal: using the passive voice: "The experimenters tested
three groups..."(personal) "Three groups were tested…" (impersonal)
FORM: A skeleton of the main features (characteristics) of the work/
Usually about 200 words /One paragraph

2. The hypothesis(es) & variables tested
3. The sample studied
4. The procedure of the study
5. The main results
6. Conclusions & interpretations

study/Aim of the study/formulation of research hypothesis
Method: Reports all the elements of data collection./Research
Design/Population,Sample,Participants/Material= object necessary to
carry out the procedure (e.g. stimulus objects )/Apparatus: device
especially manufactured to conduct the study
Results: Descriptive statistics: describe, organise & illustrate data/
