, 1. Inleiding:
Gedurende mijn stage in het Reinalda huis op de afdeling Erasmus/Multatuli (WLZ) heb ik
meerdere keren geoefend met het draaien van een verantwoordelijke dienst. Op maandag
20 december 2021 had ik ook een verantwoordelijke dienst op mijn stage. In dit
beroepsproduct omschrijf ik hoe deze dag is verlopen en hoe ik de coördinatie van zorg heb
uitgevoerd, de veiligheid heb bevorderd, verpleegkundig leiderschap en – ondernemerschap
heb getoond, professioneel gedrag heb laten zien en hoe ik de continuïteit van zorg heb
gewaarborgd. Dit doe ik middels de dag structuur van de afdeling.
Deze CBP speelt zich af in een midden complexe zorgsituatie (zie bijlage 1).
