, Inleiding
Mijn naam is Nadya Margaretha en ben 20 jaar oud. Ik doe de opleiding gespecialiseerde
pedagogische medewerker niveau 4. Ik zit in mijn derde jaar en doe een BOL-opleiding. Ik
werk nu momenteel bij de kleine hoeve (Parlan dag hulp) in Bovenkarspel-Grootebroek. Ik
werk hier elke week tussen 16-18 uur.
In het verleden heb ik al ervaringen opgedaan bij andere bedrijven. Met mijn ervaringen heb
ik er vertrouwen in om deze examen goed af te ronden.
In deze inleiding neem ik u mee ter voorbereiding van mijn examen D. Om deze examen
goed uit te voeren is het belangrijk om zelfstandig in de praktijk te werk gaan. Door
verantwoordelijkheid te nemen laat je zien dat je je zelf inzet om te groeien. In het werkveld
kunnen ook onverwachtse dingen gebeuren. Ik als Pedagogische medewerker moet dan
instaat zijn om de situatie te kunnen observeren en te handelen.
Het doel is om een invidueel (mede) begeleidingsplan te maken. Dit uit te voeren en zowel
het kind te gaan begeleiden. Na de uitvoering is het van belang om een evaluatieverslag te
maken om zo doende de voortgang te kunnen herzien.
Verder hoop ik nog dat ik van dit examen veel kan leren en ik de juiste beroepshouding kan
toepassen om zo doende mijn diploma te kunnen behalen. Ik hoop dat het examen voldoet
aan de behoeftes/verwachtingen van mijn examinatoren.
