I opted to teach speaking and listening skills for this class since they are more important to improve. Because the IELTS final score is
based on a mix of all four skill band ratings, it is critical to address weaker areas of concern. Listening and speaking scores in the class
averaged 5.75 band, which is much lower than reading and writing scores. Students interact, solve issues, hypothesize, exchange
ideas, make decisions, and reflect on what is essential via speaking and listening. Students' confidence in their communication abilities
determines their social relationships in the classroom and in the real world. Positive connection influences attitudes toward learning.

I chose the topic ‘work’ because of the learners' reasons which vary between job prospects and moving to an English-speaking
country. Speaking and listening are a combination that I will be focusing on. I believe this will help them in further aspects to help
them develop, comprehend and be confident. It will introduce vocabulary and audio that orientates real-life knowledge. This will help
them in future aspects like finding a job and having a discussion etc. Work is a common reason why people tend to learn English.
These skills will help them be more confident in order to meet their goals and will help them to be able to understand and facilitate.
