,Inleiding

Ik zal beginnen met mijzelf voor te stellen mijn naam is Sanne Nadine van der Sluis 23 jaar
oud en momenteel studerend meewerkend horecaondernemer bbl niveau 4 leerjaar 2. De
afgelopen leerjaren voor de opleiding meewerkend horecaondernemer heb ik als leerling
veel mogen leren. Voor dit examen moet ik de theorie in de praktijk brengen. Doormiddel
van dit examen hoop ik te kunnen laten zien dat ik over de juiste vaardigheden beschik om
dit uit te kunnen voeren.


Voor deze opdracht wordt er van mij verwacht dat ik een operationeel plan schrijf. Ik heb
besloten om dit plan te schrijven op de actuele trends en ontwikkeling. Om hier een zo’n
duidelijk mogelijk beeld van te krijgen heb ik verschillende informatie moeten verwerken die
ik in 1 opdracht heb uitgewerkt. Op basis daarvan zijn diverse andere opdrachten gemaakt
