Het theoretisch kader is een onderzoek naar literatuur, waarbij de focus gericht is op leren in
teamverband. Het doel hiervan is het verzamelen, vergelijken en analyseren van informatie over
teamleren om te achterhalen wat teamleren precies inhoudt. Dit wordt gedaan zodat de
opgedane kennis kan worden toegepast in de praktijk. Ludwig Akkerman, HR-adviseur bij IT4P,
heeft in het verleden negatieve ervaringen gehad met leren in teamverband. De huidige situatie
1 bij IT4P kan niet langer zo door gaan en er zal actie ondernomen moeten worden. Het
opleidingsbudget wordt momenteel amper benut. Ludwig brengt hier graag verandering in. Hij
