De doelstelling van het opleidingsonderdeel “Inleiding tot het recht” is om de student in de
Bachelor PSW vertrouwd te maken met het recht als middel om de samenleving te ordenen.
De focus daarbij ligt op het privaatrecht, om overlapping met andere opleidingsonderdelen
(Voornamelijk publiek recht in tweede Bachelor) te vermijden.
