I La double imposition :
A) Les manifestations des doubles impositions :
Le problème de la double imposition survient quand une personne vit dans un
Etat et perçoit un revenu créé dans un autre Etat.
Il convient de distinguer une double imposition juridique et une double
imposition économique.
Le problème se pose aussi dans le cas des sociétés mères et filiales. Il peut y
avoir une double imposition concernant les revenus versés par la filiale à la
société mère.
B) Le traitement de la double imposition :
Il existe deux méthodes pour traiter la double imposition :
-la méthode de l’exonération
-la méthode de l’imputation
L’exonération consiste à retirer le droit d’imposer à l’un des deux Etats soit
celui de la source du revenu, soit celui de la résidence du bénéficiaire.
