La seqüència d’aminoàcids especifica l’estructura 3D

en una proteïna de milers d’aminoàcids, pot provocar que aquesta proteïna tingui
una forma diferent i poc o gens activitat biològica.
- Llargues cadenes d’aminoàcids es pleguen seguint una pauta que depèn de l’ordre
exacte dels aminoàcids.

proteïnes. L’exemple del vídeo, mostra una proteïna globular, ja que quan es plega
forma una mena de rodona.
