The company originated from CityFilm B.V. who makes
documentaries for the hospitality industry, airlines and media
platforms. Because of this, the founder (Stefanie Schachtschabel)
came into contact with sustainability, she found it an interesting
subject and started to orientate towards the demand of
sustainable/innovative processes in Dubai. Cityfilm is located in
Dubai, Amsterdam and South Africa. Researching sustainability in
Dubai has led to a change in the mindset of Stefanie, who has come
to see business opportunities in the sustainability sector in Dubai.
The research also showed that there is a demand for
sustainable/innovative processes in Dubai. This has led to the
establishment of Globally, which include the following small
companies:

Globally Connects aims to connect sustainability-driven innovations
to local authorities and corporates. These innovations are required
to touch upon one or more of the following categories. These
categories are in line with the Sustainable Development Goals
(SDG’s) from the United Nations.
